1/10Multistrada 1200 Enduro · the adventure Ducati
In Ducati's 2016 range, the Enduro was the Multistrada that finally meant it — 30-liter tank, spoked 19-inch front, real sump protection. It was Bologna's declaration that adventure bikes didn't have to be German.
Our take: A superbike that learned to camp. 400+ km range and electronics from the future of 2016, which is still most bikes' present.
We imagine this one's former life involved a garage wall with a laminated map. Two trips actually taken; nine trips planned in loving detail. It has tasted gravel — respectfully — and spent the balance of its life devouring interstate en route to somewhere with no cell service. The panniers' scratches are chapters.
A LOVINGLY IMAGINED HISTORY · THE MILES ARE REAL, THE ROMANCE IS OURS
The Multistrada Enduro buyer owns merino base layers and a strong opinion about tire compounds. They wanted a GS but they're romantics. They ride 400 miles for a photograph of a road sign, and their idea of luxury is 160 horsepower and no plan.
The adventure press rated the 1200 Enduro the charismatic alternative in the class — praised for the Testastretta's character and its shockingly complete electronics, with the honest note that it's a tall, substantial machine that rewards commitment.
From Borgo Panigale, Bologna, Ducati builds motorcycles the way Italy builds everything it cares about — obsessively. Desmodromic valves, trellis frames, and a racing department that treats World Superbike titles as a baseline expectation.

Every rating on this page comes from a real inspection sheet, and the only way to beat that is standing next to the machine. We're open by appointment, which means when you come in, the bike is out front, the paperwork is ready, and nobody's waiting behind you. Worst case, you stand around a motorcycle for an hour and drive home slightly more alive than you left.
