The MR 300i Hard Enduro is the most-equipped bike Rieju makes, set up for the slow, technical riding that cooks clutches and radiators: more flywheel inertia, a higher-flow water pump, dual electric fans, a Hard Offroad exhaust, an 11-tooth countershaft sprocket and a lowered seat.

Rieju took over the old GasGas enduro platform in 2019 and has been building it out in Figueres, Spain, ever since. The MR 300i is the result: a 298cc two-stroke with Rieju’s own throttle-body fuel injection — no jetting for altitude, which matters when the same day starts in Centerville and ends at 9,000 feet.

Off the ledge.
Off the ledge.
The engine

Torque low. Heat out.

An inertia sleeve and a specific spark plug smooth the hit and pull from the bottom; the OXA Hard Offroad exhaust is tuned for traction, not top speed. Two fans and a bigger expansion tank keep it cool at walking pace.

Ledges, at walking pace.
The armor

Protection that’s optional on the others.

Skid plate, swingarm guard, front and rear disc guards, machined aluminum handguards, offset footpegs and front and rear pull straps come on it. So do black X-Trig clamps, a Renthal Fatbar 802 and a 220 × 5 mm Hard Offroad rear disc.

Straight up the rock face.
Straight up the rock face.
Where it fits

Utah has plenty of this.

Rocky climbs, ledgy canyons and slow technical loops are where the Hard Enduro earns its extra $500 over the Pro. If your riding is mostly fast two-track, the Pro is the better tool.

What we'd tell you in the shop.

The part a brochure leaves out.
  • Rieju’s factory warranty is 6 months — shorter than the big Japanese brands. Repairs go through us.
  • The short gearing and inertia sleeve that make it great in the rocks cost top speed on fast roads between sections.
  • It’s an order-in bike: none of the 2027s are on the floor yet. We confirm the price and delivery date before you put money down.
  • MSRP from Rieju’s 2027 US retail price list, before destination, setup, tax, title and fees. Rieju prices can change with import tariffs — we confirm yours before you put money down.
Questions

Questions we actually get.

Is this a GasGas?

It’s what the GasGas enduro platform became. Rieju took it over in 2019; the MR 300i adds Rieju’s own fuel-injected engine, developed in Spain.

Hard Enduro or Pro?

Hard Enduro for slow, technical, hot riding; Pro for fast trails. The engine mods, fans, armor and lower seat are the difference.

Do you have one I can see?

The 2026 MR 300 Racing and Pro are on our floor in Centerville — same platform. The 2027 Hard Enduro is order-in.
