This policy explains what Salto Moto LLC (“Salto Moto,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) collects when you use saltomoto.com, how we use it, and how you control it. If anything here is unclear, call the shop and ask — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote, schedule a ride, place a deposit, ask about financing, submit a trade, or contact us. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the machine you are interested in or the one you are trading.
When you place a deposit or buy online, payment is processed by Stripe. Salto Moto does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.
We also collect basic technical information automatically — pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and approximate location from your IP address — to keep the site working and understand what people are looking for.
By voluntarily providing your phone number, email address, or contact information through our website forms, quote requests, appointment requests, or communication portals, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Company, including:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to do what you asked: payment processing (Stripe), messaging and email delivery (including Twilio), lenders you specifically ask us to submit a financing application to, and parts or manufacturer suppliers when fulfilling an order. We may also disclose information where required by law.
The site uses cookies and similar local storage to remember your cart and preferences and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site, including the parts store cart, may stop working if you do.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Youth machines are sold to adults.
