You may return or exchange any item in its original condition to Salto Moto within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Items that have been installed, used, tried on past the strap, or missing factory packaging can't be returned.
Any helmet, accessory, or part purchased from us, as long as it meets the condition requirements above.
Wrong size? Want a different color? Easy 30-day exchange. Contact us and we'll set it up.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
To start a return or exchange, email support@saltomoto.com or call +1 855 213-8215 to request a Return Authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we process your refund and apply credit to your card within 7 days.
Depending on your bank's policies, credits take an additional 2–10 business days to post.
Parts must be returned in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it goes back in that box. If it came in a sealed bag, the bag must still be sealed.
Include all manuals, packaging, seals, etc. Don't write on the factory box or packaging. Leave all factory stickers intact.
All orders from Salto Moto include free standard shipping — no minimums, no codes, every day.
Orders process within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders go out the next business day.
Standard delivery within the continental United States is 3–5 business days after shipment.
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Region: We currently ship to the continental United States only.
P.O. Boxes: We can't ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
